USE AND APPLICATION TIPS
ZeniCONTACT Silicone Contact Layer dressing may be used as a carrier for topical ointments or as a primary dressing to prevent secondary dressings from sticking to the wound bed. When applying ZeniCONTACT, remove the first release liner and discard. If applicable, topical ointments may be applied to ZeniCONTACT. Place the sticky side of ZeniCONTACT to the wound. Then, remove and discard the second release liner. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing as instructed by your medical provider. Please note: Silicone is naturally sticky to the touch; however, when in contact with wound drainage, the silicone mesh is non-adherent to the wound. When using ZeniCONTACT on skin grafts, skin tears or blisters, the dressing should remain in place for 5 days before removal. Click the Indications & Warnings tab above for important information on using ZeniCONTACT, warnings and storage recommendations.
